Last weekend with my Son on Law before he deploys for 10 months. Gonna be tough on all of us, especially my granddaughters. But he did free up the Knobel whiskey I got him for Christmas! Wish us luck.

Wife switched out the Christmas shakers for these. Will be carrying the Quantum into the new year.

I am not aware of any requirement that Tennessee whiskey be a bourbon, but most probably are because corn is cheap and sweet. The Knobel website says it is a bourbon. Tennessee whiskey means it was produced in Tennessee and "filtered" through charcoal chips prior to aging (Jack Daniels is most renowned for this, it is called the Lincoln County Process because of JD, but it is a key feature of any Tennessee whiskey). |
