Door lock to one of the bathrooms failed and the boss accidentally walked in on one of the employees. Pants were on so only mildly traumatizing. Still, required immediate attention.
So I run out and buy a new door handle. It is just the lock part that was failing, so I leave mortise plate, latch and throw in there and put the lever and escutcheon on the outside of the door. and accidentally let the door close. So I'm trying to put the inside portion of the lever and escutcheon on to the little stick from the other side, and it kinda pushes it through instead. I don't want to lose the whole outside portion and have it drop to the ground. But that isn't working. Fortunately I have the handy dandy SAK with me and can use the pliers. It was not ideal, a broader jaw would have helped, but it worked.  |

It's kind of rough and dirty and it has some dudes name engraved in the main blade and the cover that holds the pen and toothpick is broken where the toothpick goes.
