New panini place opened up in town. Not bad but my daughter loves it. She goes back to college in two weeks so I'll let her have her choices for now.
Italian combo panini with mortadella, Genoa salami, provolone, thin sliced red onion, cherry peppers, arugula and garlic aioli. I give it 3.5/5.0 noms.   |

Cronidur is not Cromax. Cromax is the mystery steel. Cronidur is an old one Shiro has used before, though I feel like it has been 5-7 years since I last saw it.

For today's episode of "kids say the darndest things"....
"I don't know what happened. I pulled it out of the cake and was like 'where'd the tip go? '"   Attached File Attached FileI may have flown a little too close to the sun with this one but I don't have any regrets. Lol The blade started as 1/16" 1084 stock. The spine where it broke is .018" It had a good run. I think I finished this one about three years ago and I'm a little surprised that something didn't happen sooner. I'll reprofile it and put it back to work. |
