| Funny, for the last five or more years the states have ignored immigration laws, an area which is exclusively the province of the feral government. It's positioned in a way that no one wants to or has standing to object to what the states are doing, least of all the feral government. |

The first question is, "Does an employee of the State of Missouri, one of its counties, or one of its municipalities have a duty to enforce Federal statutes?". Then, "Articulate the statutes that require that activity. Note that it's expressly forbidden in the State of Missouri." After that the judge needs to be pressed on the hypocrisy of his position on state and federal marijuana laws. There are a barrel of other arguments contrary to the judge's opinion. |

They are talking about state officers sworn onto a federal task force by the feds. Simple fix is to prohibit the participation of state assets in federal operations. Prohibit them from taking a federal oath and make it a fireable offense. |
