Fun Day
 You have to understand that the Internet is out at my home from the start of the month and the New Guys won't be around until Next Week. So two weeks ago I went to an AT&T store and bought a bunch of Data and wired my iPad to my iMac. Yesterday I noticed that my data was nearly finished. Two thirds of all the Data I bought went to Personal Hotspot: My iMac. Reasonable, but I expected the Data to last longer. Off to another AT&T Store where I bought a repeat of two weeks ago. I get home and I see the Data didn't transfer. Call to AT&T. After several minutes waiting (reasonable) I reached "Help".  Overly simplifying everything the "Help" told me, when I get the the new SIM Pad I got installed the Old Information wasn't updated. Old Logon password didn't transfer, etc.. I needed to visit the AT&T store to get it fixed. So after I ate Lunch I was off to the Original AT&T Local. Got there and the Person who helped me (  ) said I needed to call AT&T again.So I did. Got put on hold for at least 10 minutes.  While waiting M'Lady gave me another AT&T number to call, Just In Case.  Eventually I received "Help" again. Different person and I had problems understanding what he was saying. M'Lady to the rescue. "Help" needed to go to a Supervisor. I gave my Dum Cell to M'Lady and they went back and forth. Note: My Cell Phone is almost as dumb as AOC. If I lose it - which has happened - no big deal. M'Lady took the SIM pad from one of the stores Smerter Phones and put it in my iPad. A little work updating Passwords, names (Old one belonged to a Richard somebody ) and E-Mail addresses. Eventually everything was fixed and finished. I said Goodbye to "Help". 43 Minutes and 11 second of prepaid minutes gone. (Not that big a deal: I still have 3200+ Dumb Phone Minutes left) In gratitude to M'Lady I bought the largest block of Data I could that didn't wipe out the Data I bought that morning.
