When my H2D arrived I plugged it in and got it running. My second AMS HT arrived a few days later and once plugged in to the H2D, a warning tells me it cannot heat while feeding and requires a firmware update. The H2D has the latest version, 01.03.00.00 which was updated when I first turned on the H2D before the HT was installed. If I plug the older AMS HT into the H2D, everything works as it should. If I plug the new AMS HT into the P2S, I get the same warning. Can I install an earlier version of the firmware into the H2D and then the later version to see if that will update the HT? I don't normally use the heat while feeding except for CF filaments but then I use bypass feeding. I just don't want to look at the warning message everytime I use the printer. update: I just thought about reinstalling the latest version via USB. It's going on now, will update later. update: Yep, that took care of the problem. Sorry for taking up webspace with a problem that I was able to solve myself. Mods feel free to delete. |
