Picture whoring, I can do this. I just started using Instagram and I'm still learning how to use it.

Mk18 Mod 1 clone build. The can is only a Surefire training supressor. Can't have real ones because Canada :( The PEQ15 isn't real either. No lpcal ranges open in the dark, no night matches that I know of, can't hunt with an AR in Canada, can't hunt at night...and I can't afford the goggles even if I could afford a real illuminator. The rest is real, incuding that not so cheap Elcan.

The hardest thing to find for this build was the Surefire 4 prong. After that, I'd say trying to source CQD sling plates and the A1 grip. 10.3" barrelled DD uppers in burnt bronze are getting a bit harder to come by for a decent price now too.

Fun build.

Mk18 Mod 0 clone
The can is obviously fake because Canada and the Aimpoint isn't the correct model, but I did what I could forbthe rest of it .

Some of the parts that were a pain to source was the CQD rear sling plate, the Gen 1 LMT SOPMOD stock, the Wilcox mount and the A1 grip, and the older KAC RIS (not to be confused with the RAS). Mine is pretty beat up and missing the front screw, but it works, and it also has the older Vero Beach rail covers.

Mk12 Mod1 inspired build. Not calling it a clone because there are too many things wrong with it.

Has the wrong model Leupold Mark4, a KAC lower instead of a Colt's, and I also don't have a Douglas 18" barrel. Instead, I used a spare 20" Colt HBAR laying around and had chopped it to 18". The can is fake because Canada and the PEQ II is fake because....well, I don't have night vision, and there is nowhere around here where I could use it. As far as I know, there are no local ranges open when it's dark, no night matches and ARs cannot be taken out in the bush hunt in Canada. And also, I know, I should go be poor somewhere else, lol!

Hard things to source were the Allen Engineering brake and sleeve. But the hardest thing for me to find was an original Colt pinned 20 round mag. And I still haven't found the right Mark 4 (that I can afford). #ar15 #ar15com #kac #knightsarmament

Canadian Forces C7A2 Clone by Colt Canada. Not a perfect copy of the Queen's rifle, but pretty close.

Lower receiver markings are off. And it's missing the fun setting.

At a quick glance though, looks basically the same as the one at work.

Will pass this on to one of my kids someday.
