Plastic card around your neck isn't sufficient id? ATF guy could have called the LE office and told them he was there to pick up a firearm at the guys house....could have also asked them to do a safety check on him if somebody if anybody is in the area (they don't have to), but at least they would have had a heads up. Case Dismissed with prejudice
