The more you post here, the longer the file gets, and the more time it takes. You have to be up to 101 pages by now.

I firmly believe anyone who has a CCW/CHL or even owns a gun is on a list somewhere in a government agency. Add in any other factors of numerous things and your file grows and grows.

I did once on a job interview that I was told I didn't pass. I mean, straight told I failed after the person who told me that said he didn't even talk with the panel about my interview. It didn't make any sense why I didn't pass or why they didn't follow their own interviews protocols that I was more than familiar with. I got the feeling I was failed before I even entered the door. My FOIA pretty much verified that.

When did you file the FOIA? ETA?
Without going into personal details what do you know that they know? |

including voice recordings - wow - wondering about the probably cause on that .

I remember a thread where NOLO posted docs showing that they had huge holes in the registry. Multiple SOTs posted that they frequently got asked about NFA items they no longer had during audits. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Apparently they have over 100 pages of documents on me, as well as audio recordings. It could take "some time" to compile everything. I am very excited...given that I've never committed or been charged with a firearms crime, I look forward to where this goes. Anyone else ever FOIA documents on themselves? View Quote ![]() |

I heard Hillary has a bunch of unregistered M203s, she keeps them next to her server. If anyone is reading this and need to fill a quota, or make a name for themselves in the next six years of the Trump administration.

So you went way past inviting the man into your life. OST for whatever happens. Dibs on the life insurance policy. ... I have to say, ATF compliance is one of the most retarded sets of paperwork hoops I have to jump through, but the actual people I have dealt with at the NFA branch have been as helpful as they can given the situation. I'd go so far as to say they're the most consistently friendly .gov people I have dealt with. I feel bad for them having to be associated with some other parts of the agency. |

Hello fellow gun owners. I am not an ATF agent.
To prove I am not an ATF agent, here is my picture: ![]() I'm just here to follow this thread in interest to see where it goes. Once again, I'm definitely not an ATF agent. Remember, if I were I couldn't lie to you about it. ![]() |

Someone here probably ratted on you. No doubt in my mind that there are posters here who are total snakes.
There is no need for any government agency to monitor this place. There’s probably plenty of concerned citizens to go around. |

Since I have NFA stuff I made a request to the FBI for my file to see what was in it. Came back nothing. Which I find strange since I have had multiple FBI back ground checks for my jobs. Maybe that’s why I never get delayed on my form 1 or 4
![]() I thought about the ATF to see what they keep records of so it will be interesting to see what you get back from them. |

Pretty interesting idea. A couple of years ago 6 Alphabets showed up at my house with photos of me that I haven't posted anywhere and in countries none of my friends would have been around to take. Interestingly they were from gun stores in Pakistan and a gun market in Afghanistan. I would love to see the file on that. There is a thread here somewhere discussing how to get a pistol home legally from one of the shops.
![]() To be real though they were trying to figure out how a cheap lower I sold ended up in a cache of weapons in Mexico. Texas Gun Trader has to be operated by the feds and I am sure everything on there is tracked. |
