Shooting range & go cart track starts at (37:30) This is the ultimate man cave house.

This sounds like a fucking nightmare to maintain.

Looks damn fun!
Don't have to leave the house for entertainment. The bigger question is, can you get cited for a dui on your own go kart track? |
|
|

20 million dollars and you can see and hear your neighbors..... pants on head retarded.

It’s a crime, not a civil violation, so it can happen on private property and doesn’t need to be on a designated roadway. |

Is it just me., or does $20M seem cheap for that place?

the exterior of the house looks pretty nice but I hate everything else design-wise. The lot looks incredibly cluttered.

Lot's of gaudy elements, but I can't afford it and it wasn't built for me. Not digging the combination of rustic and industrial aesthetics though, and the odd crap like baseball glove leather walls.

Way too close to neighbors. Has to be annoying for him and them.
He should have spent some of that cash on more land. |

(33:25) where's the secret room located at?

Private property that is not accessible by the general public would be ok. A person commits an offense if the person is intoxicated while operating a motor vehicle in a public place. |

I guessed it was in Paradise Valley, but Gilbert’s got some rich folks in it too. That being said, I agree with the sentiment of others that for that much money I want to be far removed from other people.

I did the same but rather than a go-cart track it's a bunch of ATV trails and rather than a little short underground my shooting range is above ground and 250 yards. |

Must be a thing in AZ - I played golf at the JW and noticed one of the houses on the course had a flow-rider and a go kart track. Remembered saying to my buddy - we should go knock on the door - probably a bad ass hang out.

I dont want the house, but I love the man cave. I would buy it and live in the man cave and rent the rest out. There is no way I could use it all, and I would really love to know who owns it.
The only justification for a place like this is that you entertain a whole lot, or you rent it out. No way anyone who is say a husband and wife and even a kid or two uses it all, there is just soo much there. |

Disgusting shitshow.
Terrible art, terrible furniture, classless materials. If I was rich, it's what I'd let my dipshit kids stay in so I don't risk losing anything of actual value. |

Very impressive.
Personally, I would have a $500K house on $19,500,000.00 piece of land in an area were that would be 20K acres but to each their own. That acreage would be in the area of 8X10 mile big but that house is to me one of the coolest I have ever seen as most spend that on opulence not fun stuff like they did |
