How would this work legally speaking? If NICS is down for an extended period how is that not effectively preventing you from purchasing IE exercising constitutional right?

I already had a conversation with the second amendment foundation to see if this is something they felt like getting involved in. Waiting to hear back.

I used to have my FFL in Colorado and I have been getting emails from CBI instacheck. Last one I got said they were working on the issue. They are going to be back logged and then people will have the 3 day wait. Fuck that noise.
