I’m Interested in getting either a blue and black or green and black tag heuer aqua racer GMT. Probably not until next year. Any negative things to know about tags? Never owned one. Watch is 4 grand.

Save just a tad more and buy a Breitling or Tudor.

It look nice but I just dont see me wearing it once the novelty wears off if that makes sense....
Cool watch just not a timeless design. |

Not a bad looking watch. I'd try to find one new for 30%+ off of retail as TAGs rarely hold any value.

They are absolutely not going to negotiate at a factory boutique but grey market on Tag is a good option. Watchmaxx or Jomashop are usually good choices. I’ve bought Tag, Omega, and Breitling from both.

I've owned Breitling, Tudor, Doxa, yadayadayada, my Seamaster and my 32 year old TAG 1500 are still here and keeping great time.
TAG is an entry level brand, but this thing keeps excellent time three decades later. Not mine but I'm wearing mine now.  |

I own the green GMT model and love it. I use an app called WatchTracker to see how my stuff runs, over the course of 17 days so far this one is running at +0.3 seconds per day. Couldn’t be happier with it. The size is perfect, the dial looks amazing in person, the lume is great, the new movement is great, and the micro adjust on the new micro adjust on the clasp is awesome. I’d definitely check them out in person if you can. TAG has come a long way. Some of their designs are gaudy and have too much going on, but in my personal opinion they have really stepped up their game over the last couple years.

I was in the jeweler yesterday to get my Hamilton resized and they’re also a tag dealer so I saw them in person. I definitly could see myself buying one. That green up close was gorgeous |
