Almost invisible with the naked eye, at least in my place. It’s really the camera picking it

Sheeeit, doesn't get dark for another six hours. Can we wait here another six hours? I'm not afraid to see the Aurora Borealis, God dammit I want darkness now.

True.

I've never seen it, even when I lived in Berlin.

I was hoping, by a freak of nature, that I could see it this far south.

Was reading earlier that the lights may be seen as far south as parts of Alabama. Article also said best times would probably be 10p to 2a for best viewing.

I'm going to try to stay up to see if they're visible from my location. However, I've got a large city directly to my north. So I'm guessing light pollution will obscure them. I recall seeing them as a kid ~30-years-ago when I lived in the city, though.

And of course, our neighbor to the north has 12 lights on around his house all night. Every frigging night.
