Nobody should actually reside in Washington DC; it should consist of government buildings, and an adequate amount of spartan taxpayer funded dormitories and cafeterias, where elected representatives can live and eat while tending to fedgov business.
However, as it stands, most of DC already is what they claim to want. |

The problem is that the people who want to create and rule in these disaster areas will not be content to only wreak havoc there, but will want to leave their enclave and bother other people outside.

I'm not sure I see a problem here. There are three possible outcomes:
A. The BIPOC only cities become profitable, successful bastions of culture and identity. B. Nothing changes, life goes on. C. African-American and BIPOC culture discovers its not the white man keeping them down any more and no longer get to blame others. Every situation is a win-win-win for progress and for the USA. I say do it. |
