Wow, very sad to hear of this.
My condolences to his family and friends. I was unaware he was banned, but, well I guess I shouldn't express my thoughts on that. I believe his daughter lived in AZ, that's why he went out there so frequently. IIRC, he wanted to move out to AZ one day. My apologies if I'm mistaken on this. RIP Mark.
