Back and forward arrows

I’m using an iPad. Since the new upgrade I can’t seem to find the back and forward arrows.
Will you please point them out to me.

Back and forward arrows are at the top of the page to the left of the web address. The scroll up and down arrows are on the lower right side, but only appear when you are scrolling by hand. Don’t know if either of those are the arrows you are seeking.

Humm. Nope,, no arrows at top or bottom.
I’m going to delete the page link and see what I get when I reinstall it.

What arrows?

What function did they do when you had them?

Ok I deleted the link to this web site and reloaded it, and now all is as it should be.
