Do you pause the time while gearing up, or is the clock running non-stop?

Do you use a treadmill for the run so you can go right from that to the next exercise?

Yep

I think I'm going to use this as the reason why we need to change the way we (or at least I) cut PO's.

Because we do job costing based off the invoice and not the PO or price in our system, we don't list the items on the PO when we create it. So there is nothing that our guys in the back can use to check off to make sure the order is complete when it comes in.
Spreadsheets, lots & lots of spreadsheets.
That may have to happen.

That's the IFAK I currently have.

I like having stuff to make/stop/plug hole all on the PC without having to grab a belt to go with it.

It's what I do. LOL.

I grew up with big dogs. I also was in charge of cleaning up the yard.

Now, I have a little dog. Because cleaning up after her is WAY easier, and less gag inducing, than a big dog.

Wifey flew up to Philly last week. She had a window seat.

Lady sits down in the middle seat. Aisle seat was left empty. Wifey posted the situation on FB.

I told Wifey to start coughing here and there and discuss how nice China was the past few weeks....

Wifey ended up with a seat between her and the idiot.

Just paper, but it will also be my primary outdoor handgun: fishing, hunting, backpacking, etc.

Also trying to round out everything in case they push more BS next year, which you know they will.

Non-stop. The time to don/doff the PC and belt is nothing compared to the time delay waiting for the shot timer to go. There are 45 dry fire exercises, and for each one up to a 5 second delay, so up to 4 minutes total added to my time.

I'm using a treadmill. It has a "safety" speed control so it takes about 20 seconds to get up to speed, which is excruciating
