"That's a great embarrassment for dictators. When they didn't know what happened. That wasn't supposed to be going where it was. It was blown off course," Biden added. Well to be fair, it was a great embarrassment to the American people that our dictator allowed the Ballon to fly completely across our country and waited until it was over the Atlantic to have it shot down.  Also.. has there been any updates from the wreckage they recovered to let the American people know just exactly was on the Ballon.
