I used this guide to install Stable Diffusion 1.5. He shows how to get set up with an easy to use UI called Automatic1111, which is probably close to what most of you are seeing on web app versions, although more advanced. He then goes into some useful additions. It gets kinda complicated at the end, but shows some other stuff you can do.

I haven't messed with it in a week. My boosts are still at what they were a week ago and it is now saying EVERYTHING I enter is "unsafe image content".
