tl;dw: the dollar is weakening against the "basket of currencies" it gets compared to internationally, so Bitcoin will go up too. Also he shows that when the DXY goes on a downtrend, that usually precedes a massive rally in BTC/USD.

I hope Bitcoin goes up a bunch, I need a new keyboard. The 'T' key on this one is sticking.

Didn’t watch but I’ve been trading off these dxy lines for a few years. Basically my whole risk on/off bias for equities and crypto and is my only “TA”. Everything else is market structure

Well, supposedly the Fed is going to start cutting interest rates again. I guess that's part of what drives the dollar down against other currencies anyway, but at least it reinforces the "DXY falling" if it happens.

Also, ZH claims that China will be devaluing. Yeah, I know, it's ZH and he loves to post articles claiming two opposite sides of things and then only refer back to the one that turned out to be the case. Hard to believe, but a decade ago he used to post articles about how stupid Bitcoin was! (In addition to the articles talking about how great it was, of course -- guess which ones he reminded people of.)

Mixing populist politics and bitcoin is a double-edged sword. Putting Trumps face on bitcoin and handing that political football to spiteful lawmakers and international billionaires/leaders who hate Trump is the last thing we need for an already volatile and easily manipulated asset.

There was a pretty fast rise to $68K the day before yesterday when the rumor started.

Then Joe derped out and now markets are pricing in Kamala.

Personally I think the rumor is fake and gay, but who knows. We'll find out by the end of the week.

There are also rumors that Larry Fink and Jamie Dimon will be parts of the Trump administration, which is making me consider voting twice for Kamala.
