She is unrecognizable. Also, bright colored hair like that is generally a cry for help --> mental illness. There are a few exceptions like a costume for Halloween or Comic Con or some such.

The theatre community loves the hair of young boys. Why? They've the best hair to make whigs with. Not likely to ever been dyed and not subjected to a lot of chemicals (hair spray, what not). Now you know. |

As of late, I've seen few people with unnaturally colored hair where I received the vibe that everything was OK with them.
I wouldn't have said that 10 years ago. I think social media has made people depressed and desperate for any kind of thinly positive attention. |
