I tried it at the Ruby Slipper, last time I was in NO and promptly decided it is the finest breakfast/brunch cocktail in existence.
Making my own, I use:
2oz of brandy
1oz heavy cream
1 cup milk
Crushed ice
2 dashes of Cinnamon
1 dash of Nutmeg
2 tsp sugar

How do you make them?

Damn that sounds pretty good. I've never tried that before.

It's deceptively strong. I can't drink really boozy stuff until I get a decent buzz going. The alcohol in these is almost imperceptible or maybe just compliments the drink so much better than most cocktails. I need to try making a shake.

Those are quite good. I make them slightly different though by opening a C-, drinking a gulp & then pouring in some V8...

I'm a fan of brandy in eggnog.  Seems similar.

That's one of my favorites as well, but completely different flavors.

Rewind a few weeks and make it with “pumpkin spice”

I just made this with pumpkin pie spice to taste - but doubled the amounts and added a can of unsweetened pumpkin.

More subtle than the artificial flavor folks have gotten  used to, but good.

Some blended with ice cubes, and some reserved for coffee.

I thought this was going to be about you punching Brandy in the tittie.
