Trump probably has more time in court, and more experience defending against lawsuits than most people on the planet. This is a political trial, so he's fighting politically. He's putting it all on the judge. I'm guessing that he's going to personalize it as much as possible, raise money off of it, and then get a mistrial or win otherwise win on appeal. It also keeps him in the media cycle. |
