I don't hate it, but I've tried 1 bullpup designed weapon and found it...much worse to use.
Does anyone here actually like the bullpup design? |

I think Id just wait for the diy 3dp version to come out if I ever wanted to fk around with something like that.

I can see how that would be cool if done right. A bull pup lower that fits a normal upper.

What's the benefit of that? Still have the buffer tube sticking out. Doesn't seem like it shortens it up much depending on where your run the butt stock

A user here was developing a chassis to hold an AR lower to make it a bullpup. I think it was the same guy that was doing the Uni-Mag

It's an excellent idea if you pair it with a FM15/Jakyl/BRN180 Upper
Fabricate a Butt Pad/cheek cover/deflector that goes on a Picatinny rail at the back. Edit, they could just make a Bullpup Lower. Imagine if KE Arms did a polymer version for bullpups. |

For some reason tho most of them take heavy inspiration from the SA80 |

Only someone that like the fugly bastardized NY compliant ARs would like that.
So @Aimless ? |

Would certainly make for a more interesting kaboom.
One of my biggest concerns with something like that is the chamber right up against my cheek. |
|
Should make a version with a grip in the normal location. The grip in the front isn't a VFG because it is the one with the trigger paired to it. The other grip is a vertical aft-grip. See if this makes somebody'd head explode at tech branch for a pistol configuration.

The ACE stock guy had a prototype at SHOT back in 05 or 06. Placeholder for pics...
Attached File Attached File ETA: I'm old and stupid. It was a FAL bullpup conversion, and it was 2004, apparently. D'oh. Best, JBR |

As to this rendition. Uh... I think I'd like to handle and shoot it first, before making further comment. |

Quoted: Yeah, this 100%. The creator should feel bad. Would work with with a Sig MCX frame though View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: Quoted: What's the benefit of that?
