Earlier this summer I had a thread on a tour of a gentleman's Sprint missile complex in northern ND.  If anyone has any idea about the Spartan program this should be an easy one.  What is wrong with this Spartan missile?

Here is the gentlemans display Sprint missile.

And walking the silo field.

In the control bunker.

I have many more pics if anybody wants to see some more.  But.. First..  What is wrong with the Spartan?

I would assume that one says air force due to the Cavalier air station being located there in/near that town.

Here is one down the road in proper paint.

It was an Army missile, but already beaten like three times. I grew up playing on an Nike / Sprint site that had been bulldozed.

ETA: more pics please

The gentlman that gave me the tour owns an in-tact RSL.   It is pretty damn cool!
