Cannot install any app on my Unifi Dream Machine (UDM Pro has no internet access) ETA: Factory reset

First is was that my touch phone reset, I clicked on adopt but it would fail to adopt each time. I uninstalled talk and tried to install it again, refuses to install. I tried to install protect, refused to install.

I logged into my dream machine via SSH. I tried

apt-get update

but my dream machine could not connect to any Debian servers.

Obviously I have internet access (to make this post) so why cant my dream machine access servers to update or to download UI talk or protect?

ETA: Should I factory reset my UDM pro?
ETA2: I factory reset my UDM Pro. I was able to install UI talk...
