Almost all cheese is awesome.  Too many to list.  Even cheese whiz, Velveeta, and "American" cheese as in the individually wrapped slices, all have applications.

Cheese is one food item that I don't think I could ever narrow down to one choice.

Put a layer of your preferred potato chips on a plate.

Cover in crumbles of Stilton Blue.

Microwave for 30 seconds.

Thank me when you're done.

I'm glad I live in Wisconsin.

This was the local cheese factory growing up. Best cheese curds in the state as far as I'm concerned. https://unionstarcheese.com
I drive through Lomira all the time but I've never been to Widmer's factory/outlet store. They have some great cheeses I have bought at the grocery store. If you like stinky cheese their aged brick is good.  https://www.widmerscheese.com

I've recently been obsessed with Dubliner.  Usually keep blocks of Gouda, Colby, and Sharp Cheddar around for snacks too.

Cheese really is food of the gods.

I do.  I smoked mozzarella last time and it was delicious.  Grated on a pizza it gives it that wood fired taste.

Also Kerrygold dub liner Irish cheddar.  Sam’s used to have a brick for $9. They no longer carry that.  Meijers has a few oz for $5

Maybe some of you can help. I had a cheese once, like a really sharp cheddar, but it wasn't a cheddar. Had crunchy crystals throughout, and I think it had "red" in the name, maybe not.
Any ideas?
