Just watched a video on that and I learned you have to use the YouTube app. I was trying to use two safari tabs.

FYI, for Android users, all you have to do is hit the 3 lines on the bottom screen III, then tap on the icon of the app/browser you are using, and then you can select Split Screen, or Pop-Up View. I didn't know about this...and then forgot until right now.

The iPhone has Picture in Picture. No special application required. Works great but I don't know why I'd want to watch a video and read something at the same time.
