Properly filled out death certificates would exist for each death. @Sokarul You're really going to argue against the recorded facts from my own county when I was literally the guy who organized, and won, the fight against the Covid restrictions using the county's own data? It became obvious early on that there was no one so blind as the Covidians who seemed to hang on the fear but never questioned the claims when the evidence was in front of their faces. Read the footnotes and look at the dates at the top. They put out a weekly gating criteria chart and the death count was cumulative since the beginning (as the gating chart itself says). Here it is... "Includes all natural deaths with a positive COVID test at the time of death since beginning of pandemic" Their idiot gating criteria shifted almost weekly as I kept pointing out the flaws in their criteria and statistics. The fact that sometimes the week was green and other times it was red was based on all of the parameters they set. Deaths was not typically part of that criteria but was used as a fear point to keep people too scared to question the situation. I'm not going to waste hours arguing with you because you've proven yourself to be willfully blind to the truth but am putting this response out there just in case someone reads your post and is fooled into thinking you have a rational point in your continuing denial that this was far more a power & money grab than it was a disease control effort.

Those stats look just terrible dont they……. Reminds me of the fatality car wreck I saw Lady died at hospital EMS did a hell of a job keeping her alive all the way to the hospital She died in ER. The blood draw show Covid in her system. Covid didn’t kill her, HIGH SPEED HEAD ON ACCIDENT DID But her death certificate says Covid, it payed better |

| In my county of 49,000 people, we had 164 reported total deaths from Covid. But I know from my SIL who ran our ICU back then, that lots of deaths were listed as being caused by Covid when a plain observation was that it wasn't the actual cause of death. |

In Oregon a death is reported as a COVID death if: The death is of a confirmed or probable COVID-19 case within 60 days of the earliest available date among exposure to a confirmed case, onset of symptoms, or date of specimen collection for the first positive test; or The death results from any cause in a hospitalized person during admission or in the 60 days following discharge AND a COVID-19-positive laboratory diagnostic test at any time since14 days prior to hospitalization; or The death is of someone with a COVID-19-specific ICD-10 code listed as a primary or contributing cause of death on a death certificate, regardless of the dates of diagnosis or death. https://www.oregon.gov/oha/ph/birthdeathcertificates/vitalstatistics/death/pages/reporting-covid-deaths.aspx |
