1st Amendment violation, like the flag or not.
Won’t stand under lawsuits. |

i just bought a whiskey rebellion and a new Gadsden flag last week and was thinking about getting a rebel flag.
now i need one |

And many New Yorkers never wanted one....till now.
Lol, politicians are dumb. |

Quoted: It sure sounds like that bill is begging for a court to overturn it based on freedom of expression, freedom of the press, etc. It strikes me as odd that a confederate flag is deemed so extraordinary offensive that it needs to be banned, yet some of the more bizarre kinds of pornography are still just fine, and not too offensive to be sold or owned. I don't understand the logic that says pornography showing people masturbating and defecating on each other is fine, but a confederate flag is way over the line offensive, and needs to be banned. Since reading is hard for some.
Its banned on state grounds. |

I don't have a Confederate Flag, but I do have a Rhodesian Flag I could hoist. Wonder how long it will take for the TeefaTards to figure it out.
They'll buy plane tickets and go burn down London. (Sorry, @AgentFunky) |

Quoted: Will he also ban British flags? Japanese flags? Italian flags? Russian flags? He's not even talking about banning Nazi flags. View Quote It does ban Nazi flags, but ironically no hammer and sickle. It also only bans sale on state controlled areas which includes fairs, but that is probably unconstitutional. |

I bought mine when Obama started pissing and moaning.
I grew up in Massachusetts and when Obama was bellyaching about them a couple of classmates asked me where the good deal was on them. I got tired of having to buy shit during the Obama years. I figure Trump wound up saving e a few bucks. Any of you NY guys need a Southern Cross shoot me an IM and I'll fix you up. |

It's very easy to get around, at the flea market in Chicago you cant sell beer, but one guy sold coozies for 2 bucks, then you could get a free can of pip or beer out of his cooler. Buy a plastic bag, get a free flag to put in it.

The swastika was long used as a symbol of well-being in ancient societies, including those in India, China, Africa, native America, and Europe. So I'm selling a religious symbol flag, not a nazi one. Freedom of religion.
