Tail end Charlie's fault.
Idiot. I have sent all 3 parties a link at their request.  Sept 9 2022 Accident Courtney Parkway about 3:30 p.m. Update: Heh. The insurance company (Safeco) that represents car #2 just called and asked to see the video. Seems the driver of car #3 didn't want to share the video with his insurance company and claimed car #2 brake checked him. Told the adjuster where the vid was posted and gave him my handle and he pulled it up right away. Told him to go to the 2 minute mark because I didn't want him to be a bitch about it. He was silent for 30 seconds and then said 'Wow, that's all I need, car #2 was not at fault and it's clearly #3'. I told him that car #2 looked to be a write-off and he said it was. Thanked for my help and saving their company time and money. I responded that a new dashcam would help, he said he would do what he can do and asked me to text my address. Somebody got caught fibbing, and it's going to cost him. Get a dashcam. |

We normally complain about not having the full context in a video. Great job with the 2 minute lead up to the accident. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time.

From the video I've noticed propane exchange is a rip off.
OP needs to use the wipers more. Y'all have some long ass red lights. Didn't see a wreck, a kaboom, nothing. Eta. People need to learn how to edit / trim videos. |
