I’d hope that at some point along the way he connected all the dots and realized that he was the one who was being an asshole. The Jedi may have lost their way in the midst of the Clone Wars, but don’t forget that was Palpatine just stirring up shit the entire time. |

Vader had figured it out in ROTJ when Luke confronted him on Endor and called him Anakin. Luke shook him so much that Vader changed the subject to lightsabers, then he even admitted it was too late for him.
He knew at that point. |

IGN only gave the first four episodes a 6. That's how you know it's bad. I was fully expecting them to give it a 10 because they're normally all in on Woke Wars. |

Tales of the Sith was an epic let down.
How do you do "Tales of the Sith" without a single episode about Maul or Plagueis or Palpatine or Dooku? The Barris storyline really let my wife and I down. Barris committed some extremely evil acts and by the end with her fight with Anakin had fully embraced the Dark Side, a path few ever leave once set upon and consumed by it. We were really hoping to at some point see Barris end up in rematch against Ahsoka, especially given how their last encounter went down, but nope we've been robbed of that since it turns out Barris is just a good person and Disney decided to ignore everything she had done in the past. The novel Darth Plagueis by James Luceno is my absolute favorite Star Wars book of all time. The fact that Ian McDirmad and James Luceno are so old, but still alive and likely both still willing and able to work for Disney to help create a live action version of that NYT Best Selling novel while Disney instead goes with Harvey Weinstein's disgraced former assistant instead is beyond tragic. That book would make an excellent live action series with the chief difficulty being the CGI for Darth Plagueis, but something Lucas Film should be able to pull off. The reason though I know that we'll never get a live action version of that book is that there are no female characters of any note in it. So, it's pretty much impossible that Kathy Kennedy would ever green light that series. |

Pretty solid start. Good action. Just enough tease to make you wonder what happened to cause all this.
Click To View Spoiler Carrie Ann Moss was not long for the show. The sisters apparently did not know the other was alive. What did the 4 Jedi do to lead to someone wanting to kill them? Even leading to one taking the Barash Vow.

Bad guy says “A Jedi doesn’t raise their weapon unless they’re prepared to kill”
Dipshit Jedi lowers weapon. Also when they did a zoom out of the Trade Federation ship the effects looked like something on the Sci Fi channel 20-25 years ago. |

Just finished the first episode. Give it a 5/10.
Diverse as hell. White males get maybe a minute of screen time. For 22.5 million the effects were less then desirable. Writing is on par for most of Disney SW. “She has a twin” “she is dead I saw it with my own eyes” Next scene. “My sister Mae is alive” I believe you” The story isn’t bad. Just not a fan of good and evil twin. Just ripping off more from the EU. |

I didn't hate the first two episodes.
I'm just wondering why this story is worth telling...and of course I know the answer. I didn't hate any of the new stuff as much as some...except TLJ/TROS. That was a dumpster fire. Everything else at least had some redeeming qualities. |

NGL, I thought that shit was... pretty okay, actually. Pretty good, if I'm honest. I liked both episodes quite a bit.

One episode in and boy it's bad.
Not. One. Like able. Character. Maybe the Asian Jedi dude. Maybe. Even he seems super naive though. I think the most wtf moment was when they put on spacesuits to go work IN SPACE and the outside of the ship catches fire IN SPACE. Truly a magnets on a treadmill how does it work moment. Dialogue is bad too. Everything seems super forced and contrived. |

Also the opening scene either the series premise was a red flag.

Fat Guy Jedi.
The good sister misses the e-bike one with a stunner on purpose. Sigh. The writing was more of the same. Feels like a fanfic that’s been written by a woman in the age range of 17-21. Feels like Headland is inserting herself in both of the twin characters. Cringed when the Jedi said “I’ve got a bad feeling about this” Jedi seem incompetent as well. I enjoyed the fight scene. Also the pacing is either quick or slow. No middle ground. More of the same for me 5/10 |

And I'd argue that the diminishment of the force likely equated to seeing the future, reading minds, etc. Because Anakin, Obi Wan and crew did some outlandish force stuff in the prequel era. I think it's safe to say that Plageus (Palpatine's master) was likely exerting some dark side juju on the Jedi. But for how long? How long was he the master before Palps took him out? And did Plageus' master do the same thing? You see how it starts to fall apart. Is their ability to use the force blocked, or are they really just incompetent? On the flip side, Orion slave girl Jedi seemed to be pretty corrupt with the "swift justice" comment. And they admitted to their enemies using the situation against them. Seems pretty far from warrior monks light side values to me. We know the Sith have the rule of two. One master, one apprentice. We also know this rule is pretty much a guideline. The opening line implied that there were more than just 2 learning the dark side. Again, this is not new news. But Mr. Red lightsaber at the end of ep 1 screams Sith. So far this is straying into sequel trilogy vibes for me. I'm just waiting for the "they fly now?" moment. |

I'll echo others...it was...okay. Felt VERY fan film in places. Felt very Star Trek in design, which isn't a compliment. Very obviously no white males to speak of, which is ridiculous. The dude with the Killmonger hair can't act even a little bit. Generic okay tv I guess? Not gonna blow any minds.
