Just don't guacamole yourself.
 I had one for the M&P Shield. Biggest complaint was it got the front of the pistol REALLY dirty after only a few rounds. |

I’ve got a gen 2 I think. Works fine. Just make sure you set the barrel shroud properly.

I have a roni chassis, and thought it was a gimmick, but a shop in houston talked me into it after letting me try one out and landing shots further than I would ever attempt with my g19 alone. Holy crap does my g19 group well with it, Have a trijicon RMR option on the chassis.

If I were to own one that I hypothetically got with a polymer 80 g19 kit, I would probably really enjoy it. Hypothetically I'd throw a red dot on it and use it for a road trip gun.
But a $1200 MP5 clone would be sick too! |

There's a video on YouTube where two ex special forces guys go head to head with a Glock in a chassis vs. a hand held Glock.
It's been a while since I watched it, but it seems like the hand held Glock was as accurate as the Glock-in-a-frame. I expected the MCK to make one hole groups at 25 yards, but it didn't happen. Besides, if they make braces illegal, your MCK will be illegal. Just looked for the video and I can't find it, so what do I know.  ETA: You should buy the bullpup conversion instead. I looked at this hard last week and then talked myself out of it. Actually comes with a 16" barrel which turns your Glock into a legal rifle so you don't have to worry about future brace bans. $550 after a discount code, free shipping, no tax.  Attached FileLink! |

Had the gen 1.
Still have it cause I had an extra 17 around. Fits in a backpack with a bunch of fun sticks. But now I have an AR that fits in a backpack too...so... But, then I got a Gen 2 super cheap (since the Gen 1 didn't accommodate a can, I thought.."why not".) It's been in the box for about two months. So, funny you posted this, but I just finally put in my Gen 19 with a Mod SK 9mm can on it last night. Switched out the proprietary light, and also the Romeo 5. Taking it to the range later today to try it out...make sure it runs. Mostly a range toy...but it does have some practical use. Everyone that shot my Gen 1 could drill the 50 yd gongs boringly easy and fast with that setup. Made them smile... This new setup with the can will be interesting. Time will tell. |
