My 1st paying job was at a sign company but it led to me working at the Zoo in the exhibits/Graphics dept

This exhibit was only blueprints but I got to design a lot of the features and this drawing was used by the development dept to get sponsors for the areas of the building, I have a marker colored version somewhere but can't find it on my laptop



Mural in the building 16' x 27'. Did this with my boss. This is 1/2 done

This was kinda fun, I did charactures of all of my coworkers and they became a welcome message in an entrance tunnel at the zoo. Wierd Al commented on it




I teach now and run a robotics team. There is a tradeshow booth every year so I taught my kids to mural paint





I also worked at a community College with a sweet office. I used to do marker drawings much to the chagrin of my boss who wondered wtf I was doing instead of my job












When the head guy retired I made him a card. His office had a lot of wild life outside

I drew from the time I was 5 or 6 until one day in my mid 20s. I started to draw that day amd it was like i was out of stuff to draw. Near 30 years now. I illustrated training manuals at work drawing machinery and disassembly procedures. This was before the internet and any easy way to put a photo in a manual.

I think about trying to get back into it but dint really have time for it.
