Goodness gracious alive our Spitz breed type dog suffered a bout of this recently, prolly from eating cat poop, and holy cow it ain't no fun.  Anyhoo, I'm posting this just to share/circulate/remind folks of the absolute magic that Purina FortiFlora can work at times. IMO when ya need some help in this area, ya usually need it asap and yesterday. Disclaimer: I am not affiliated with the Purina company or this product in any way. That said, I simply can't recommend or endorse this product enough - IMHO it's a true miracle worker. I think it might have initially been a "vet office only" product, and then they started selling it to the general public. We've been using FortiFlora for about two years now. Our 3 year old border collie is a member of the tender tummy brigade and was good for a bout of diarrhea every other month until we found a food that agreed with him and we started putting FortiFlora on his breakfast. I certainly don't miss the 2:00am "I gotta shit NOW" panic pacing wakeups

She had some come via Prime first thing, and had me make a mix of it with canned pumpkin and canned chicken. I had been struggling with the little man for a couple days doing rice etc., and that particular mix and feeding, thank God, literally fixed him up in 12 hours. IMHO it's a lifesaver.
