I really need to learn some photography and post editing skills. Currently have a Mini 4 Pro, and am planning on either grabbing the new Air3 S or saying F-it, and going all in on a new Mavic 4 Pro when it gets released (provided congress doesn't screw that up) Right now, I've just been using the auto settings Attached File |

Look, I don't know much about turtle fucking, but it seems to me that it's similar to other fucking, in that the male on top fucks the female on the bottom.

We track a bunch of them real time. I've got some pretty sick shots of some paddlewheels coming through in the night. The show boat majestic just moored right in my town. Pilot Institute part 107 program is what I took. It is $ BUT you have unlimited practice quizzes, they do their best to teach you the material not have you memorize answers, money back guarantee as well. It is an at your own pace program as well and it is very professional. |

Lots of picture taking every chance I got. Aeb mode is a huge tool. I do things sort of opposite of everyone else. All my friends and big time photographers say use auto modes etc. I use manual everything. Adjust shutter speed first I need faster speeds for moving boats usually unless its at night. Aperture next and I usually leave iso on 200 or so. Understanding these 3 is critical. I try and expose for the subject and sometimes that means your sky sucks it just depends on clouds and sun position. I also use lightroom with lots of masks. The Ohio River is typically pretty brown I mask it and make it a little more blue, i also always warm the subject up and make it stand out vs the surroundings. As you just take a bunch of pics you'll eventually get your own style. I try not to go overboard on my touch ups where they become unrealistic. Ask anything! |

Ashland Kentucky last weekend. Ive been using an app to predict epic sunrises and I think this one was 48% or so. I thought these turned out great and the city liked them as well. I'm looking at drones pretty hard lately. I'd like to get one and get all the licenses and what not for commercial and do something with that. For right now, need to get one and learn to fly it well. Looking hard at the Potensic Atom 3 axis gimbal. Seems like it is right behind DJI for quality and the price seems good for something to learn on. We have a few acres of land that I can use it around and get the basic feel. Any issues with my plan that you more experienced operators can see? |
