What’s the hotness these days? My bed won’t hold prints anymore so I need a new one? What should I get that will last?

I used the creality pei sheet (picked up from microcenter local) and works well for me.

OP The first question would be - what problems are you having that you are trying to solve?

WhamBam Systems
Their PEX build plate is awesome for PLA. They also have textured PEI wich works really well for ABS and PETG.

Thanks for confirming that. I came across their plates today and wondered about them.

Nothing sticks to the bed any more, plus cleaning pla off the glass is a pain.

If you print even occasionally a PEI build plate is 1000x easier. Part pops itself off. Easy easy. No more scraping, prying, anything.
It's the most worthwhile upgrade you can do for ease of use.
