Man this dude really risking it all heading out into the mountains and woods in that area. Is he moving to the southwest? If he keeps moving southwest he’ll end up in the woods where someone who knows the land will either:
A) get enjoyment and hunt him for sport a little allowing him to think he escaped B) die of infection or starvation C) accidentally cross into WV and just get destroyed by some dude with a weed plant |

Spent a few nights evading PSP myself through there drinking with the OJR football team as a youth.  Heavy woods, lots of cover.

Time to place aerostats in his known/suspected AO when the foliage dies off. Make him afraid to move day and night and starve him out. He needs supplies so make it nearly impossible to move (I say this after spending a year in Somalia watching for people planting IEDs and we still got IED'd)
