Once again, I am out of mint leaves. Tonight it will be a screwdriver.
 In a perfect world, I'll be waiting for Subnet to start his vinyl spinning stream typically around 9 PM eastern time. But until that stream reoccurs, I'll hang out with the GD. What are you nice gentleman and lovely ladies having this Friday evening? |

For some reason unknown to God nor man, my boss gave me a gift card to an upscale-ish bar. Taking the wife there later. Should no fine whiskey present itself, I’m sure they have Knob Creek.

George Strait was pimping his new Tequila during the Chris Stapleton concert. He had cocktail recipe card for [forgot name], but essentially it was an Old Fashioned w/ his tequila.
So I made it. It's actually not that bad. I used a Reposado. |

Cold front moved in, temps dropped into the 60’s, so enjoying my fall Manhattan tonight.
2 oz rye 0.5 oz real maple syrup 0.5 oz sweet vermouth Dash of chocolate bitters Dash of black walnut bitters Stir over ice in a cocktail shaker for 30 seconds, strain into a chilled glass, enjoy! |
