Who has started already??    I typically bake around Halloween, but am ready to go...

Last year someone hear recommended the Alton Brown recipe.   It turned out very good although I think I overdid the brandy a bit.   I'm planning to use the same this year.

Wife’s a Brit.  She’d be starting her Christmas Pudding about now.  They live in a closet until near Christmas.  And she’d feed ‘em brandy.  Steamed on the day of use.

Reason she stopped was not being able to find suet.
