I was hungry so didn't do the optional broiling to give them a crust.
Actually turned out tasty, seemed lean like a pork chop almost, not greasy
Not as good as traditional smoking, but it's different, good eats, I'm not afraid to experiment.
Certainly a lot less work, set it and forget it.

Ok, this is my rib contribution for a glorious Sunday evening, so don't give me any shit -

See my post on page 1.

Baked in the oven at 350 for  2 1/2 hours, smothered in BBQ sauce and wrapped in foil.

On the grill.

BBQ sauce added on both sides.

Off the grill and back in the kitchen after cooking on grill for about 35 minutes.

Of course they're not as good as slow smoked ribs that were cooked for hours, but all things considered they are actually very good.

I made some baked beans and cooked a box of Au Gratin Potatoes, and baked some garlic toast. It is a good dinner.

The amount of fail in this thread, from more than just the OP is both impressive and sad

Honestly, they look pretty good OP. Broil to crisp them up would have been good, but all things considered, I'd eat it.
