First: GoDaddy has been great for for me for years. I have a simple commerce site. Save the hate if you're an advanced nerd and hate GoDaddy. Now, I had an issues a week or so ago and caled tech support, who've always been excellent. My site was suddnly in Danish. I forgo tthe issue or the details because any issue has always been made a non-issue on the spot. Long story short I took them up on an offer for their Bete AI (Airo) to manage my site. The guy said it may have a few things to work out but assured me I'd have a useable site in the meantime. Lesson 1: Stay far the fuck away from Airo. Mars isn't far enough. The yech said it doen't do wel lwith commerce sites  and made a comment about "going back to the drawing board".Lesson 2: Stay the fuck away from the "text for help" option. Those fucker don't even text in proper english. This was a pretty big bump in my GoDaddy experiece, but I was warned it was Beta. I'm currently back to the old way I was doing it. |

Update. Godaddy’s whole system is screwed. The migration to a new platform went horribly wrong. They’re costing me quite a bit of money during the time I sell a seasonal product. The on line stores are non functional… A rusty cactus up their anus would be too nice. I’ll be looking for another host tomorrow.
