If I were going that way, I’d take a couple of my dad’s old junk revolvers. They’re almost worthless, but they function, if not well. Guess he’s waiting for a gun buyback here.

Wonder how they confirm it's operable. Shoot a round in the air to test it? They did say no questions asked
 One wonders if this could be a ploy to draw out traffickers though. Dangle a ridiculous payoff out there then hit people crossing the border for their payday maybe.
