This one right here Any thoughts. It will be replacing my 50? year old Delta that is worn out. I'm not a cabinet maker, I just need a saw from time to time to cut 2x4s and such... |

I’ve used the same one a lot. Needed one for redoing all my baseboards. The miter cuts are spot on, bought their premium trim blade, stand and saw for a bit over 200 . I’m sure a real trim guy would not approve, but it just works for me. |

| Friend has that one and I’ve used it. I’d say it’s surprisingly good. Sure there are better saws out there. But for the money, it’s hard to beat. I don’t remember if it comes with a blade or not but get a quality blade for it. |

| I have 2 DeWalt miter saws that get used professionally. My neighbor (not a huge DIYer) bought one of those for some small projects at home, and it seems to be of great quality for the price. I checked it out and adjusted it for him after purchase, and I'm really quite impressed. If you're not using it on a daily basis, I'd say it's a good deal. |
| I'm just homeowner DIYer homesteader project guy, but I love my Dewalt 12" compound miter saw, the LED light used for making your cuts casts a perfect shadow right where the blade will make the cut. No aiming a laser or anything. It's perfect. I don't know why more miter saw don't use the LED shadow light. Also, I hear the Dewalt fences are the truest ones out there. Get yourself a quality stand as well. |

Went in and had a look. They opened this HF two years ago and I have been actively staying away  As I stood there making sure this would do what I needed, I see the saw stands. I always just set the old one on the ground, get on all fours and cut away. For $119 I could get a stand. Well that was an easy decision so I picked one of those up too. $109 for the saw with the coupon and $119 for the stand.  folded up. I will be able to wheel it into the shed easily. The saw itself is very light maybe 30#. Pops off easily so I can keep it under the table. The two rails that clamp it to the table have nice feet so you can make a couple quick cuts without having to clamp it to the stand. It appears to be a good deal but only time will tell  |
