HighCom’s Civilian Armor Insert is a level IIIA ballistic resistant insert designed to withstand multiple shot impacts from handgun fire. Their level IIIA lightweight inserts are tested according to the National Institute of Justice and are designed and manufactured in the USA.

A winner will be selected each week of the giveaway: July 23, July 30, August 6, and August 13

I got a question for you guys. I'm On the fence with ordering - I'm wondering how come the GUARDIAN RSTP is rated for Level IIIA instead of Level III. My understanding is that you get most of Level III protection + M855/M193. What from Level III is the RSTP plate missing?
