Watched it again tonight on Prime.
One of my favorite Halloween movies.

Love old old haunted house style movies. Currently watching Haunting of Bly Manor.

That was the first DVD I owned. My 1st wife gave me a DVD player and that movie for our first Christmas married in 99 I believe. Might have been the second in 2000.
Good times,good times. Remember hitting the dvd section at blockbuster like a badass instead of just the VHS rentals like the peons.

Great movie but I haven’t seen in it probably 10-15+ years now.

I saw the Vincent Price version on You Tube.
It was entertaining but hokey.
Thritheen Ghosts was another good movie.

Who ever designed the basement on the 1999 version of Haunted Hill, really hit it out of the park

We eased our kids into horror movies with old stuff like that (the Vincent Price one). After all this time and all the really scary stuff they've seen, they still talk about how freaked out they were by the old lady swooshing across the floor.
