Not my favorite, but it’s good grilled. I think boiled or steamed it is kind of overrated, there is a reason they give you a ton of butter with it.

Lobsters are related to scorpions. We always keep them alive over here until cooking.
In Italy I have seen them dead on ice in a fresh fish stall. Not sure how that works |

I don't eat lobster. But, worse than lobster are oysters, clams, and muscles in general. They're the snails and slugs of the sea.
Worse than oysters are isopods. Those really are the cockroaches of the ocean.

Very overrated IMO.
I eat lobster once every few years. Apparently it takes me that long to forget how meh it is. Would much rather have king or dungeness crab, or salmon or halibut for that matter. All taste better with better texture. Lobster is the diamond of the food world. |

Maine lobsters are one of my favorite things to eat.. right up there with a good steak, fried or blackened alligator, Alaskan king crab legs, and pizza.
