2021 in the last three weeks, has probably been one of the worst times of my life for me, and my wife for multiple reasons.

My faith in God, wife, family, and our closest friends are the only reason I am not curled up in a corner.

Way back in the Wild West, a guy bought a saloon. The old owner told him if he ever hears that Big John is coming to town he should drop whatever he's doing and run for his life. So the guy sets up shop and does well.

One day, a townsman comes running in yelling "Big John's coming to town, Big John's a commin' to town"

In the panic and rush, the poor barkeep is trampled. When he recovers, he realizes the entire bar and the entire town is empty. Suddenly, this massive man walks in. He stands at least 7 feet tall, massive arms, and built like a bull. A large scar runs down from the top of his head to his chin, and many more scars cover his body. He's armed to the teeth, and has a crazed look in his eye.

WHISKEY he says.

The barkeep, shaking in fear, pours a shot, and hands it to the man.

The guy takes it, opens his mouth and eats the entire shot, chewing on the glass and swallowing it all.

The guy is thinking, ok, that wasn't too bad, and gets enough courage to ask if the man wants another drink.

No sir, he says, Ain't got no time, Big John is Comin' to town.

2021 is our Big John and 2020 was just the strange man having a drink.
