Apparently my Google Fu is weak. Does anyone know of a supplier that sells Hyper PLA on 4kg spools?

"Hyper" pla sounds like a made up marketing term by some manufacture to make their formulation seem special.  I would just find out what companies offer larger spools and see if any of those offer something with the properties you are wanting.

WTF is Hyper PLA? High speed PLA I presume?

Just get a decent hotend and all PLA becomes super duper hyper PLA++.

I can print regular PLA at 50mm³/s. I can only imagine what Hyper PLA would do.

Anywho, Polymaker makes decent 5kg offerings.

Creality K1 Max printer. Creality Hyper PLA up to 600mm/s. Right now I'm running at 300mm/s getting excellent adhesion and quality. I use Polymaker Tough PLA with older printers, but it doesn't do as well as Hyper PLA with the K1 Max. Hyper PLA works great, just need larger spools.

I don't know if it qualifies as "Hyper" PLA, but push plastics offers filament on 25K spools. Depending on the type of course.
