It’s kinda a relief as it explains lots and it’s fixable.

I’ve been falling asleep on the couch a couple of hours after dinner, I didn’t think I was that drunk and I don’t remember the time before I crashed, diabetes.

Swollen ankles, diabetes.

Sulphur foul farts after some foods, diabetes.

Dry flaky skin no matter how much I shower, diabetes.

It’s an incentive to keep eating healthy with some changes, keep losing weight, go back to doing lots of cardio, and get this controlled.

We have lots of retirement plans 10 years from now and uncontrolled diabetes isn’t one of them.
